Rule 106
What to mention in information and feedback

(1) In accordance with sub-section (3) of section 50 of the Act, the public body shall attach to the information and response to the review committee the factual details regarding the claim made in the review application, the legal basis of the procurement action and the copy of the relevant documents.
(2) The review committee may order the public body to submit appropriate documents or any part thereof among the documents related to procurement.
(3) If the review committee deems it necessary, it may also allow the bidders or proposers who do not submit a request for review to submit relevant documents and evidence.
